You didn't try them last night??? They do look yummmmmy. Might have to try them here too, don't know though. Buttermilk can be expensive and I don't even know if I can find the lowfat, have never seen it in our stores.

I saw a comment on her blog that someone used milk and vinegar and it was still good because she didn't want to buy buttermilk for just this recipe. Might try that.

Yeah, you can use 1% or 2% but you will need to calculate the points...not sure if it would change the points or not.

I made those with chicken, baked until just done and then I put a layer of sauteed spinach and mozzarella cheese. VERY YUMMY SUPPER!!
