Another week over means another look back at the week. Life this week has been really busy with the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday, but I achieved a lot of goals that I’m happy to report. So, lets get started and look back at the week and see how everything went.
Fitness Goals:
1. I tried a new
workout this week and I’ve learned that I need yo do workouts thar focus on arms and abs. That’s the areas of my body that don’t get enough training. That’s an achieved goal for the week & I really did enjoy a change in workout.
