Another week over means another look back at the week. Life this week has been really busy with the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday, but I achieved a lot of goals that Iím happy to report. So, lets get started and look back at the week and see how everything went.
1. I tried a new workout
this week and Iíve learned that I need yo do workouts thar focus on arms and abs. Thatís the areas of my body that donít get enough training. Thatís an achieved goal for the week & I really did enjoy a change in workout.
